General Office Clerk
Volt Workforce Solutions is currently seeking a General Office Clerk for one of our Denver Area clients. Incumbent will be performing routine clerical office work such as filing, photocopying, mail and document scanning, processing and distribution, record keeping, and report compilation. Responsibilities for this position include, but are not limited to: Receives, classifies, files and reconciles documents and information utilizing standard office equipment. Maintains files and records of documents processed. Compiles basic reports, following established formats and procedures. Interface with customers, suppliers, or company employees outside the immediate work area to give or exchange information. Sort, deliver and/or pick-up mail, files and other documents for designated areas. Back up other general clerks as needed Requirements: High School Diploma required. Basic written and verbal communication skills including professional phone etiquette. Good interpersonal skills. Intermediate computer skills including Microsoft Office Suite and other business-related software systems. Good organizational skills and the ability to prioritize multiple tasks.
