Customer Service/Help Desk-Bi-lingual Portuguese -
Qualifications: The desired candidate will be bi-lingual in both Portuguese and English (spoken, read, and written) with a minimum of 12 months of customer service experience, 12 months of data entry and computer skills, excellent communication skills, and it is preferable that the desired candidate have experience in the human resource field. It is also preferable that the desired candidate have experience using applications such as SAP and PeopleSoft. Responsibilities: Responsibilities include receiving inbound calls from employees in Brazil regarding human resource related issues. Responsibilities also include completing personnel transactions using SAP, using a case management system to complete case work, and analyzing and responding to email requests within service level agreements. This position requires the flexibility to work any shift between the hours of 7:00am-5:30pm (Monday- Friday) and the ability to work on US holidays. We are an equal employment opportunity employer.
