Skills: Business Analyst experience, Bachelor's Degree, Cognos, Access, MS Office experience, Strong Planning skills, MRP skills, and Excel skills Business Analyst to support Planning Department in Temporary Labor Sourcing Responsibilities: • Inventory Health Monitoring - Root cause service interruptions, develop, implement and coordinate corrective action. • Liaison with Business partners to Provide recovery dates via Inventory, Supply and Demand data. • Demand and Supply Analytics - MAPE data extraction and analytical preparation, MPS review for service risk, assist in data preparation to support allocation process. • Data Extraction and System development for off-line analytics. • Systems Data Maintenance & manual work to address routine ERP interface issues. • Support intercompany DRP process. • Support safety stock analysis and Demand Data Preparation. • Support S&OP process with data extraction • Support LIFR analysis • Support Portfolio Manager with ad-hoc projects. Bachelor’s degree and 1+ years experience in Analyst or similar role. Proficiency with database management tools and presentation of data analysis - COGNOS business software knowledge is a plus • Strong quantitative and analytic abilities to analyze and validate data • Excellent computer skills (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, SharePoint, Access) • Exceptional interpersonal, communication and organizational skills • Detail oriented, dependable and motivated • Interested in learning new things and comfortable taking the initiative to seek out projects or new areas of responsibility.
