Experis (formerly COMSYS) is seeking to fill a temporary position for a QA Content Editor to help us prepare for publishing our Tax software training curriculum. Duration: 2+ months (may lead to other contracts that will be 6-18 months in duration) Primary Responsibilities: - Review, edit, and post tax e-learning materials, in partnership with instructional designers - Contribute to the organization and accessibility of training curriculum by following learning management systems processes - Collaborate with stakeholders at all levels to ensure we have accurate and efficient learning materials - Ensure training materials have consistent use of the brand voice. - Document work outputs and processes (databases/documents accurately updated and maintained) Qualifications: - 2+ years experience in writing and editing; content writing experience for Product/Application training is highly desired - Proficient at professional training and courseware development utilizing adult learning theory - Experience with Microsoft PowerPoint 2007, Articulate Studio, and Adobe Captivate desirable - Familiarity with personal financial products - Passion for understanding agent and customer needs and using these insights to drive effective and engaging content - Excellent organizational skills - Ability to interact with a diverse staff
