Our client is the Northwest's signature software corporation seeking a higher level Tester to assist with owning feature areas and supporting/owning small projects. Work will involve manual testing, tool assisted testing, automation testing, and possibly performance testing. OVERVIEW: Owns features of moderate to high complexity Writes test documentation (one pagers, specs) on those features Writes/modifies scripts/automation to validate acceptance criteria Executes depth tests on those features Assists Infantry with executing checklist tests Interacts in daily standups Coordinates test efforts with related developers Writes bugs, regresses bugs QUALIFCATIONS: Ability to independently write complete, thorough, and organized test specifications for owned areas Ability to independently write complete, thorough, and organized test cases, based off the test specification, for owned areas Ability to independently write scripted automation for priority test cases Strong communication skills and the ability to interact effectively with other test team members and development team partners Passion for quality and the gaming platform experience Large software industry and/or games testing experience a plus Ability to work with partner developers and communicate issues and status clearly Keywords: Testing
