We will provide some keywords that we want to target on major search engines and would welcome the proficiency and expertise of the winning bidder in offering their thoughts on these keywords and to help us come up with an overall strategy. In short, we ask for the following: 1) Rank highly on search engines for specific keywords that we will provide and seek advice regarding 2) Build backlinks on reputable sites, with high PR 3) Whitehat SEO techniques only 4) Sustained presence and medium-long term strategy 5) Understanding of Google terms of service, no use of banned sites, no use of adult, gambling, violent, illegal, paid traffic, CSS cloaking etc. 6) Reasonable action plan to be presented to us prior to starting work to ensure that the methods used are not in any way putting the reputation of the site and the business in disrepute either with the search engines or with consumers.
