FUNCTIONAL CAPABILITY -> Responsible for identifying, developing and executing brand-driven creative concepts aligned with business/marketing strategies. -> Develops marketing strategy, branding strategy and forecasts, new product launch and program development experience. -> Analyzes sales and product data to formulate strategic marketing approaches to drive the business -> Manages customer segmentation and list management analysis. -> Creates an image marketing campaign consistent with corporation’s brand vision and values. -> Gathers and analyzes customer data, competitive market and trend research, leverages brand and customer data. -> Defines and communicates key brand messages throughout all customer touch points. -> Improve customer acquisition and retention/loyalty efforts. -> Reports to Vice President - Marketing
