This person will be supporting marketing campaigns and working in group coordination from a campaign planning prospective. MUST have 2 years UNICA experience. The following skills, knowledge and experience are required for this position unless noted otherwise: Bachelor's Degree in Marketing or equivalent work experience 2-5 years of work experience MUST have 2 years of UNICA experience Ability to analyze issues and make decisions Demonstrated adaptability Effective and proven business writing and speaking skills Ability to influence others Experience working on process improvement initiatives Ability to independently build reports in Excel and PowerPoint Ability to quickly learn new software applications Experience working with and communicating with manager level personnel 2 years of experience-attaching templates, merges, etc. Direct mail / email campaigns experience Attention to detail Ability to communicate well with partners
