1st/2nd Level Desktop Support Analyst - Government - Contract - Sydney
Are you a 2nd Level Desktop Support Analyst with great customer service skills and engaging personality? If the answer is yes, this government agency is looking for you... This is an opportunity to join a tight knit team providing support to around 200 internal users and an extended network of external users in other states. This will consist of both: Phone based support: helping users resolve issues over the phone and remotely Desktop support: going to the customer and providing a high level of service at their desk.
