We are currently seeking a Help Desk Tech for a 6-9 month project in the Tempe Arizona area. If are able to meet the below requirements, please send your updated resume today. Job Responsibilities: • Provide direct support for desktops/laptops and user access to corporate network and applications both on the network as well as through remote VPN access. • Provide direct support for services such as office phones, cell phones/blackberry, video conferencing, remote access, corporate resources and applications. • Interact with hardware suppliers and software vendors in order to resolve hardware problems and technical issues • Design, configure, install, create, and maintain Windows servers and support all aspects of Production and test systems. Qualifications: • Candidate must have 1 - 3 years hands-on experience with Microsoft Windows technologies, including Windows NT, Windows 2000, Windows 2003, Windows 2008, Active Directory, IIS, Exchange, SharePoint and MS SQL Server. • Familiar with backup technologies and recovery techniques for Windows servers. • Familiar with an Active Directory environment for an enterprise environment. • Enterprise level desktop support experience (500 users plus) • Knowledge of LAN/WAN topologies and troubleshooting
