HighRiskBG: Yes Job description: To provide Desktop and Mobile Device Platform hardware and software installation, discovery and compliance solutions in a large scale distributed computing environment, under minimal direction of a Team or Senior Lead. - Specific activities will include: · Monitors Incident Ticket Queues · Troubleshoots Hardware and Software Issues both remotely and on site · Completes Incident Tickets and Service Tickets appropriately · Reviews completed Service Tickets for completeness and accuracy · Performs PC and Mobile Hardware and Software Installations · Conducts On-Boarding or Migration Orientation Sessions · Develops Materials for On-Boarding or Migration Orientation sessions · Tests new operational hardware and software · Assists in Training new Contingent Worker Installers Skill level: SME Skills: - Demonstrates Working knowledge of PC Hardware and Software Installation Options and Configuration Settings · Displays Working Knowledge of Incident Management and Service Ticketing Systems · Displays working knowledge with Software Discovery and Automated Software Installation Tools · Shows Familiarity with Mobile Device Hardware and Software Installation Setup and Configuration · Shows Familiarity with SQL and Data Base Management Tools · Working knowledge of the following is required: Windows 7 OS, Office 2010, Active Directory, SCCM and AppSense. · Working knowledge of the following OS and Tools would be a plus: Bit locker, Data Protection Manager, Win XP; Access; Visio; Remedy ;Eracent; Altiris; Web Jet Admin and AD Software Portal.
