Job Requirements/Skills 1. Bachelor’s degree and 2 years project management experience, 5 years business analysis experience or 5 years technical experience. 2. Analytical, presentational, interpersonal, organizational skills. 3. PC proficiency to include Visio, Word, Excel, Power point, and Lotus Notes (MS Project, Access). 4. Ability to recognize potential capabilities/impacts inside and outside own area. Ability to see the big picture/enterprise view. 5. Understanding of health insurance business. 6. Working knowledge/understanding of IT/architecture/technology. 7. Clear and concise verbal and written communication skills. 8. Ability to communicate with all levels of management singly and in groups. 9. Negotiation skill to be able to obtain data and information needed. 10. Ability to facilitate group meetings. 11. Ability to deal with workload peaks without compromising standards. 12. Ability to work on multiple tasks at any one time while maintaining high quality standards. 13. Experience meeting deadlines, work prioritization and time management. 14. Experience in effectively collaborating within a team structure to produce extraordinary results. 15. Candidate should be highly skilled and highly motivated 16. Prior experience/knowledge of ITG development life cycle Preferred Requirements/Skills 1. Knowledge of HCSC(Healthcare service corp) operations job functions and technologies that drive business. 2. Knowledge of HCSC Applications. 3. Project management capabilities and understanding of organizational behaviour. 4. PC proficiency in Power point, Microsoft Project, Excel, Visio, 5. Knowledge of SDLC Project development Life cycle, processes and procedures 6. Understanding of the IT organization’s systems and capabilities 7. Six Sigma certification Integration Analyst to perform at a program level managing/monitoring multiple work streams to ensure the successful integration of all subsidiary and internal applications in the Affordable Care Act (ACA)/ Exchange Readiness Program. Work with other Integration Analysts to ensure we have line of site across all projects. Be able to call out risks, issues, dependencies and impacts across all projects in the program. Ensure collaboration and communication across all projects. Ensure all possible integration points across the project, program, and enterprise have been Identified. Must be a quick learner, be able to see the big picture and have good communication skills.
