Job Order #: 30268 - 3509357 Job Title: Program Manager Job Location: Mountain View, CA Job Type: 6 month contract Rate: Market (W2 only, no agencies or 3rd parties please) Responsibilities: Manage the end-to-end marketing planning and budget process for the Americas which includes • financial roll out of budget, • best practice comparison, • waterfall planning model, • scheduling appropriate interlock meetings with Sales, Global Marketing and regional leadership, • coordinating roll up of plans to finance, and leadership. Management of team development programs such as • coordination and roll out of Sirius Decisions analyst consultations and frameworks, • recognition and rewards, • professional training, Ownership and/or support of new strategic cross functional initiatives such as • next generation of demand creation, • new processes, • milestone events, • competitive programs. • Internal marketing communications including o creation and maintenance of team resources on group sharepoint, o coordinating monthly and quarterly Americas program update (Team Newsletter and Webcast), o management of leadership meetings on behalf of the Snr Director. • Creation of strategic and external powerpoint presentations Skills / Requirements: • Proven ability in project management and driving to outcomes • Proven ability to contribute in a cross-functional environment. • At least 5 years experience in product marketing, preferably in high tech • Strong Powerpoint skill. • Excellent written and oral communication • Proven skills in determining, communicating and evangelizing a small business buyer perspective Understanding the SMB buyer and SMB routes to market Education BS/BA degree preferred or equivalent work experience, MBA a plus.
