This position will be located in Woodlawn, MD. Put your years of experience into a future of excellence by joining a Northrop Grumman team delivering cutting edge technology solutions to our clients. The qualified applicant will become part of Northrop Grumman's Health Solutions Management division which focuses on healthcare IT solutions for our Federal, state, and local government clients. Our practice area in Woodlawn, MD consults primarily to the Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services (CMS) as well as the Social Security Administration. Roles and Responsibilities: • Candidates must excel in JSP development using CSS, X/HTML, JSON, JavaScript and AJAX(DOJO) in multiple browser environment using Internet Explorer (IE6, IE7, IE8), Firefox, Safari, Chrome, etc • Candidates must excel in Creating Dynamic Forms using Adobe LiveCycle Designer and be able to interface to Web-based development of application systems using Web 2.0 and JAVA Servlet, Minimum Qualifications: To be considered for this position, you must minimally meet the knowledge, skills, and abilities listed below: • BS in Computer Science or related field, equivalent combination of experience and education will be accepted. • 2+ years in a web development role • Development experience in styling, look and feel of the web application. • Extensive experience in creating forms and templates using Adobe LiveCycle. • Good understanding 508 compliance and creating web sites which are 508 compliant. • Experience with XML parsers (DOM and SAX parsers) • Good experience with build scripts like ANT, Maven etc. • Experience implementing Web Accessibility Initiative - Accessible Rich Internet Applications (WAI-ARIA). • Experience with source control management tools such as Subversion (SVN), CVS Preferred Qualifications: Candidates with these desired skills will be given preferential consideration: • Healthcare IT industry experience • Knowledge of CMS' 3-zone architecture
