Accounting Analyst/Data Analyst - Investment Bank Investment Manager Services (IMS) Team provides operational support for investment manager clients and my client is a large investment bank that require x2 Accounting Data Analyst. These services include; Trade Accounting Client Statement Client Invoicing Performance and Analytics Cash Management Corporate Action Support. Role Purpose The IMS Accounting Analyst is responsible for daily monitoring of all portfolio transactions and the production and maintenance of client related reports in line with the service level agreement. In addition, the completion of reconciliations, including cash, assets and valuations, identification and timely resolution of breaks, escalating where appropriate to the IMS Accounting Supervisor/Manager and other relevant personnel. This role requires extensive liaison with internal and external parties to resolve queries and ensure a continued high level of service to our clients. A good understanding of industry standards, my clients policies, departmental procedures and knowledge of and compliance to client service level agreements is required, along with an attention to detail, good numerical skills and the ability to work under pressure within set deadlines.The IMS Accounting Analyst reports directly to the IMS Accounting Supervisor/Manager.
