Technical Writer Our large Federal Government Department Client is in a significant period of growth and requires an experienced Technical Writer for an initial 3 month contract. This position is based in Canberra. The role: In order to be considered for this position, candidates must be of Australian Citizenship, who currently holds or has an ability to obtain a security clearance. The department is seeking an experienced Technical Writer to provide user documentation and training materials in both print and web format for the Office 2010 upgrade project and working with the Service Desk to provide information updates and online training Furthermore, your deliverables will include: Quick Reference Guides for Word 2010, Excel 2010, PowerPoint 2010 & Outlook 2010 Self paced online tutorials for Word 2010, Excel 2010, PowerPoint 2010 & Outlook 2010 for beginner and intermediate users Briefing kit for management/power users on additional functionality in Office2010 Online tutorials/documentation on user interface changes (the ribbon) for office 2003 users Day 1 - Office 2010 Office 2010 Essentials documentation Technical Considerations List (what from Office2003 wont work in Office2010 - macros, scripting, etc ) the issues encountered by 2003 -> 2010 upgrades.
