Planning and Insight Manager for Consumer Publishing
12 month maternity contract - Planning Manager Our client is a leading content agency operating globally across 80 countries. This creative client is built of motivated and quality driven expert strategists and they are now looking for a Planning Manager who has passion for strengthening the relationship between brand and consumer. This is an excellent role for a bright and inspiring Planning Manager to develop and enhance the ad planning capability within the department and build the hard, quantifiable proof elements of advertising sales stories. Key Responsibilities: The Planning Manager should continue to increase this department's involvement in the ad sales process and formulation of ad sales strategy. You will work with the Advertising teams on each account to develop long term ad strategy and add value to advertiser and client specific sales presentations. You are responsible for assisting the ad sales teams with the preparation and planning of advertising sales plans and providing proof and accountability on the audience and media we deliver to advertisers. The insights you provide will help to persuade clients to place advertisement in our titles rather than competitive media. You should keep abreast of new advertising research and media research software developments (online and offline). You are responsible for providing regular in depth analysis of the overall advertising market and relevant advertiser market places as well as ensuring you impart your knowledge of advertising related consumer and sector trends Knowledge, Skills and Experience Requirements: You will have extensive experience working in Advertising Planning/insight You must have excellent working knowledge of the main Planning tools: TGI; NRS; Addyanmix; Nielsen Netview (or equivalent) You must be a confident and articulate presenter.
