Quality Analyst - PMO
This individual will work out of the Program Management Office. The PMO provides guidance, support, and governance to enable consistency and collaboration across the project efforts. RESPONSIBILITIES: As part of the Quality Management team, this individual will perform in-depth review and quality assessment activities on multiple projects in real time at various checkpoints across the project lifecycle. Activities will include (but are not limited to): - Coaching of project teams on Quality items - Assessment of project Quality compliance - Quality Management guidance - Coordinating responsibility and accountability of Risk or Issue resolution - Continual improvement of Quality process - Exception handling SKILLS/EXPERIENCE REQUIRED: - Experience with project management methodologies and processes (Agile preferred) - Program Management knowledge and/or experience - Experience leveraging project execution approaches over multiple projects - Experience using quality assurance practices to measure a projects compliance to established methodologies and processes - Strong requirements gathering and analysis experience - Strong leadership skills and experience - Superior verbal and written communication - Experience working in a collaborative environment - Solid coordination and organizational skills - Strong critical thinking and analytical skills - Project Management experience is preferred - Experience with ITIL/ITSM is preferred - Prior State Farm experience is preferred Join TEKsystems() and get your career on the fast track.
