Our client is searching for a Tier 2 Desktop Support Technician for a long-term position in Little Rock, Arkansas. This position will be responsible for installing, troubleshooting and maintaining a variety of Windows PC's for our client. This includes working on issues with Active Directory, Outlook, remote access and typical break/fix issues. All candidates must have an Associates Degree or Bachelor's Degree.
