2nd Line Desktop Support Analyst
Our client is urgently seeking a 2nd Line Desktop Support Officer for an initial three month contract. In the role you will manage the core IT infrastructure ensuring an efficient up-to-date and secure IT service is available for academic and support staff - this includes divisional servers, desktop and laptop computers and the provision of support for the Divisional website. You will also manage all servers, including user registration accounts, access rights, backups and security policies.
