Locations: Ireland (1-Dublin, 1-Belfast) Start Date: ASAP - June Length: 12 Month Renewable Contract Skills required for the Role: Recognised certifications in own discipline eg ISO, ITIL, PRINCE2 2-5 Years Transition/ Managed Service/ Project Management background Lead managed service transition activities within delivery for projects and programmes Role and Responsibilities: Lead on small to medium complex transitions as a transition specialist assisting teams of experienced professionals on approach to delivery, service transition plan content, commercials and service levels Produce detailed operation manuals for the managed service business Contribute to Operational Readiness Review engagements with the business Schedule & Co-ordinate Service and Proactive Monitoring testing within Managed Services Deliver presentations to (Managed Services) before go live on end to end service models Liaise and influence technical architects and engineers to provide detailed design documentation and support for transition activities Contribute to team business plan projects bringing suggestions and running programmes to drive efficiency, cost transformation and innovation in transition life cycle Contribute to new content for use across Line of Business including proposal documentation, slide ware, reference material, marketing materials and brochure ware Please APPLY NOW with your current CV.
