We need a small (preferably standalone / portable) application which when executed should do the following: 1) Read a Config file for the VPN Server, Username, Password 2) If VPN connection doesn't exist, then create and save it. 3) Dial the VPN connection and establish the connection. 4) Read destination IP addresses from the config file and create static routes for those (So only the specified destinations would be routed via the VPN, and not all traffic). 5) Monitor the VPN connection and if for some reason it disconnects, dial and establish connection again. We would prefer the app to have as less dependencies as possible. C++/VC++ is preferred. However, .NET or Java is okay too.
