Project Manager ( Community Buildings Review) Barnsley, South Yorkshire North East Contract 4 months may be longer �34.50 PAYE per hour or �40 per hour Limited We are a recruitment company and are currently assisting our client in sourcing a contract Project Manager to work on the Community Buildings Review. Designing this model requires multiple organisational interfaces to deliver an efficient and effective model for the Future shape of the council. This post also undertakes the lead role for the development of the Future Library Strategy. To coordinate and manage specific projects and change processes, within the required time scales and budget and to the defined quality, that support the transformation/modernisation agenda under the strategic direction of the CBR / FLS Executive Group. Responsible, through the application of PRINCE2 Project Management processes for the delivery of project objectives, outputs, quality standards and reporting requirements and to produce and deliver project related presentations to stakeholders where appropriate. To ensure the appropriate governance and recording for the performance management of the project, including the development of reporting arrangements and co-ordination with the CBR / FLS Project Plan and other related projects such as the Customer Service Organisation project. Delivering complex projects and developing innovative service developments Developing strategic alliances in multi-agency setting Degree or equivalent Prince 2 Demonstrable knowledge of project and programme management methodologies An understanding of the governance arrangements within local government Knowledge of the range of services offered byHealth, Social Care and partner agencies.
