Job Specification Hard Landscaping Foreman Working with a Soft Lanscaping Foreman you will be working on the installation of Hard and Soft landscaping elements and some play equipment installation Assist with basic on site training of existing installation teams, relating to landscape installations Where required inspect ongoing work undertaken by sub contractors and report on progress and quality of installations. Advise on site where sub contractors require assistance in achieving required standards and quality, reporting back any alterations made on site Skills Base Experience of running a team required Experience of running multiple sites preferred Experience of dealing with sub contractors desirable Strong practical knowledge of hard landscape installations and ideally some soft landscaping experience Good understanding of on site health and safety Confident when dealing with other team members and sub contractors Self motivated and hard working Able to motivate others Good team working skills Willing to travel throughout the country and stay over night close to site address during the working week Salary: 18-25K Negotiable dependent on experience Applicants will be required to clear a CRB check
