One of our largest clients is seeking a business consultant to be a key member of its Operational Analytics team. This individual will be responsible for effectively and proactively providing business support on business planning and decision making by synthesizing various fields of body of knowledge/insight from Customer Insights and Analytics as well as outside the department. We're looking for someone who has the following skills: 6+ years experience (in large corporate environment) in business analysis in (or combination of) economics, marketing, quantitative analytics, finance, insurance/financial services, or related fields. Master degree with strong quantitative training is highly proffered. Critical thinking skill to quickly understand complex issues from business units. Exceptional ability to synthesize knowledge and insights from underlying data, past research findings, and provide possible solutions to senior leadership in form of presentation. Business acumen and passion in solving business problems. Keen understanding of analytical/practical applications of various statistical, econometric, quantitative techniques. Strong interpersonal skills with ability to work with technical and non-technical team members. Must be an active listener with the ability to identify new business opportunities. Strong business development and organizational skills as well as experience in applied behavioral science are highly preferred. Must be fluent in Microsoft Excel, familiar with Microsoft PowerPoint and ability to create business presentation to senior leadership level.
