Role: Project Officer Type: Fixed Term Contract 6 months PART TIME Location: London Salary: £26,010 - £30,172 per annum pro rata Are you looking for immediately available for Part-Time work at 20 hours per week? Morgan Hunt are recruiting on behalf of a well known Charity for a Project Officer on a Part Time basis. The role will support the Project team to recruit new members from both the corporate and public sector to the scheme. The candidate will be responsible for sending targeted mailings, coordinating responses and following up on leads. S/he will also be involved in the organisation of two seminars as well as a high profile awards event. The ideal candidate will have previous experience in sales or marketing. Principal Duties; *Mass mailings to cold contacts, followed up by phone calls and emails *Event organisation, including sending invitations and following up *Maintaining accurate and detailed records of contact and updating the project database *Arranging meetings for the Team *Sharing ideas, learning's and successes to maximise the effectiveness of marketing activities Skills/Experience Required; *Experience of liaising with external stakeholders *Using databases to gather reports *Ability to develop and maintain good working relationships *A confident telephone manner *Ability to develop and maintain good working relationships *Ability to negotiate, persuade and influence other using tact and understanding *Ability to prioritise and organize own workload effectively and efficiently and meet deadlines *An interest in family and parenting issues would be preferable *Project experience from a charity background would be beneficial To apply for this urgent opportunity, please contact the Policy team now.
