This role requires niche skills to include a mix of Internal Communications within IT for a large scale company and the ability to train and develop staff in the changes to software. The role To train and educate permanent and contract employees on the use of IT systems. Develop and deliver training to meet all audit expectations Co-ordinate training on large scale projects ensuring meet project timelines and provide adequate facilities. Manage any additional support resources employed to administer or deliver training, as required. Develop creative and succinct communications regarding IT services and provide feedback and follow up as required. Essentials Excellent written and verbal communications skills. Adaptable, able to prioritize and work under pressure to meet tight deadlines. Proven organization and excellent planning skills. Articulate, presentable and confident Significant experience of running multiple training projects simultaneously. Expert knowledge on the industry standard training mechanisms, learning styles, and cultural expectations. Self-starter with high levels of drive, energy, resilience and a desire for professional excellence. Desirables Proven ability to lead the development and delivery of SAP or other technical training solutions. Proven technical credibility and proven ability to define propose / evaluate alternatives and implement cost effective solutions to support the business. Demonstrable independent judgment and decision-making capabilities within a training and communications environment.
