We are looking for a commercially focused Forecast and Planning Manager. My client is undertaking a large behavioural and process change programme to increase productivity and improve customer service throughout the organisation. As part of this journey they need to improve forecasting and planning within their contact centre operations. This will help to drive improvements through workforce management and to effectively lift capability in this area from being focused on resource co-ordination to effective forecasting and planning. You will be involved in the implementation of a workforce planning tool. We are either looking for a permanent candidate paying in the region of £40k, or a contract resource to backfill this requirement during the permanent search and selection process.
