I want to modify an existing building by extending the dormer. While I already have a proposed floor plan to go off, I'd like to see how the exterior looks in 3d. I have attached the existing floor plan as well as the proposed modification. Additionally, I want to add a 365 sq foot outbuilding which will double as a laundry and storage unit with space for a hot tub on top. A friend played with some 3d modeling which I have attached to give you an idea of what I'm looking for, though these renderings are not as good as I need for final output. I have also attached a illustration of the simple laundry/ storage floor plan with dimensions. I've attached a photo of the existing building to show you what you need to match. Please notice the stairs leading to the Main level unit. I would like the landing on this deck to meet the hot tub deck. And finally, I'd like to see a walkout deck from the upper level. If feasible, it would be good to have some stairs down to the hot tub deck as well. Please note that the hot tub deck will need to have railings of some kind.
