Customer Service Advisor Part Time/Contract
Leading insurance company with a strong presence in the UK motor insurance market who specialise is niche motor cover with their strong market knowledge and experience; they are able to create highly targeted products for the whole motor insurance industry. Due to their continued growth and success, they are currently seeking Part Time/Contract First Notification of Loss Advisors (FNOL) to join their team in Chesterfield ensure inbound and outbound calls are handled in accordance with company procedures. Key Responsibilities: `` Work within the parameters of the agreed business plan for Claims Operations `` Work within agreed processes in order to deliver the business plan in line with the Claims Operations policy `` Provide support to the Customer Delivery Team Leader by ensuring delivery of own performance against agreed objectives, KPI`s and SLA`s and authorities `` To deal with a wide range of telephone enquires, providing advice and recording information `` Process New Claims in accordance with claims philosophy `` Liaise with suppliers to ensure delivery of customer service `` Additional administration duties as required `` Adhere to FSA, TCF and Data Protection Regulations Key Skills and Knowledge: `` Excellent customer service and communications skills `` Demonstrate a calm and professional attitude at all times `` An understanding of Motor claims calls `` Ability to listen, identify and resolve customer issues `` Good data inputting skills Good literacy and numeracy skills `` Willingness to develop self and new skills Ideally candidates will be able to demonstrate a working knowledge and experience gained within a similar environment.
