Job Description: Adecco Group has an immediate opening for an Data Entry Specialist on a 4+ month opportunity with a leading company in Rockville, MD. Pay rate: $13.00 Enter new business and up-sale requests, work orders, daily reports, cancellations, pending accts and mail processing three times daily. Primary Responsibilities: *Transfers data from applications and other sources to AS400 database with accuracy and attention to detail. Builds and maintains files. Compare information provided from the front screen with relation to the Service Agreement. *APM password verification. Verify billing address (BA) matches the address on the Service Agreement (for Stand Alone or HQ Accts) or PI (for Sub Accts). *QA credit profile for Risk, assure it reflects the correct score (R or 8) requested on the activation form. Verify pricing. QA addendums (Experian, Trial) make sure trial numbers are entered on products. *Process mail three times daily. Other duties as assigned. Requirements: 1+ year Accounting related or Data Entry experience with a Financial Institution. Typing 50+ wpm Education: Associates Degree or college level coursework in business or related field preferred. B.A. / B.S. in business or related field, or equivalent work experience a plus.
