Oracle Developer Software Engineer
Summary: This role is responsible for Production Support and Maintenance of the existing Oracle E-Business Suite implementation, enhancements and integrations throughout all project life cycles. Education: Four (4) year degree or equivalent experience Experience: 5 - 7 yrs o Completed at least one major implementation of the Oracle Applications environment. o Proven ability to effectively execute initiatives in a highly matrixes and decentralized organizational environment Preferred Experience Minimum 7 years experience in implementation, support, consulting or development in Oracle E-Business Suite release 184.108.40.206 or R12 Minimum 5 years experience with Oracle PL/SQL Development Strong combination of Functional and Technical expertise with at least one of the following Oracle Modules - GL, AP, PO, INV, OM, FA, PA, HR, i-Expense Proven ability to effectively execute initiatives in a highly matrixes and decentralized organizational environment Preferred Skills : Exceptional diagnostic ability and skilled in using industry standard tools and techniques to monitor, tune and enhance complex system components to optimize the product to perform to customer expectations Ability to analyze details and troubleshoot from incomplete or ambiguous data Working knowledge of Oracle PL/SQL, Forms, Reports, BI Publisher, BPEL, OAF, Java, Workflow Working knowledge of Oracle Development tools Experience with Oracle EBS version 11.5.10 & R12, upgrade experience helpful Functional and Technical understanding of Oracle E-Business Suite with Focus on Financials, HR or Supply Chain modules Ability to identify issues, constraints and design considerations and advise senior management Experience performance tuning interfaces and enhancements within the Oracle Applications Environment Familiarity of Oracle Applications Technology Stack on an AIX platform Experienced interacting with Oracle Support and Metalink Advanced written and verbal communication skills including ability to develop presentations and present to management Ability to meet agreed upon Service Level Agreements(SLA) for incident response times Ability to lead support initiatives across diverse teams in multiple locations Ability to work with minimal supervision Microsoft Office tools - Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Project, Visio Candidates must pass a background and pre-employment drug screening.
