A Change Manager is required to manage and lead a team working on a large complex programme of change for a well known client in the Midlands. The successful individual will be: • Accountable to key stakeholders for the delivery of milestones to an agreed quality, time and cost • Using Project Management methodology to ensure the ongoing progress of projects is formally tracked in line with programme governance • Using matrix management methodologies to lead a team of Change Analysts • Identifying internal and external resources required to deliver the project • Coaching, training and developing new project resources The successful candidate will have a demonstrable background of: • Change Management or related Project Management leadership • Detailed knowledge and experience of the project life cycle • Knowledge of Group Operational processes and procedures • A range of experience of analysis, analytical tools and problem resolution • Managing a large change programme within a corporate/financial environment • Delivering change through people management • Financial management and budget control "change", "analyst", "manager", "financial services", "project manager", "project management" TEKsystems is a division of Allegis Group Ltd.
