Inventory management experience ITL Service management experience Maximo experience Job Summary: The candidate must have experience in 24x7 support of Data Center Operations by maintaining MAXIMO compliance documentation for Service requests, change requests, incident management, inventory and operations procedural documentation and many other technical and administrative functions required to maintain the critical business operations. Essential Functions: Documentation and Service Management Processes-Continuously document any and all procedures as encountered during incident mitigation continuously improving and expanding the knowledge base of the Run Book. Follow ITL Service management standards by submitting proper incident, Problem, service requests and change requests through the central MAXIMO system. Complete weekly status reports including metrics of performance. Work on existing service requests to assist 24x7 operations in maintaining a high up time standard for all environments.
