As Financial Controller, overseeing the Finance team you will enjoy a broad role with diverse responsibilities in an exciting industry. * Oversee the day to day activities of the finance team, including managing a team of five * Manage and coordinate the budgeting and forecasting process, providing support to budget holders in developing their annual budgets * Manage all aspect of financial control including ensuring the company complies with all audits and reporting and accounting regulations As this is a new role there is plenty of room for the successful candidate to improve current processes and streamline existing procedures, including increasing the efficiency of the month end process, identifying potential weak areas of existing financial control. The ideal candidate will have Advanced Excel skills. You will have a full accountancy qualification (ACA/ACCA/CIMA) with a 6+ years post qualified experience. You will be commercially minded and have excellent interpersonal skills, able to develop strong relationships internally and externally. Experience of SAP is an advantage.
