Define Employee & Employer Costs for different variants of Benefits Plans (Health & Insurance) : years 5. Define Employee & Employer contributions for Savings plans: years 6. Configuration of COBRA Plans / Processes: years Description: 1. Preparation of Solution Design & Business Blueprints for realization 2.
