Skills, Experience, Qualifications Required/Desired: 8-10 years total work experience Has in-depth knowledge of state-of-the art engineering technical approaches in design, build, testing, debugging problems as required by domain Provide technical leadership within their architecture discipline. Is a significant contributor to proof of concepts for new technologies. Lead architectural efforts to translate business partner's needs to technical solutions. Consult with architects and other senior engineers across projects or services to complete architectural and technical design deliverables Advocate and follow technical standards and best practices including repeatable processes and deliverables. Significant business knowledge and have one or more areas of concentrated technical expertise. Ability to explain technical solutions to technical and non-technical teams. Knowledge of Windows Server in an enterprise environment required. College degree. MCSE preferred. Possess an understanding of systems programming, graphical user interfaces and control languages. Has a high level understanding of operating systems and foundation architecture. Power shell required Experience with Windows or 2008 R2 and Hyper-v required
