Hello, I want a PHP5 created that uses the standard simplexml within PHP, that can access FedEX XML services to get the shipping rates for an address and country. I also want the class to be able to get tracking information based on a FedEX tracking number. I am already a PHP developer and could do this project myself, but I want to outsource it to save time, so please if you don't know what you are doing please don't bid, I will know. *Please Note: you must signup to a FedEX account and provide me with the login information so I can test it.
