OVERVIEW Customer segmentation and campaign management Work with internal and external stakeholders to bring campaigns to market Handle data preparation and data analysis portions of various projects Coordinate data feeds and updates Perform data transformations, hygiene, and QA Explain targeting specifications to campaign managers in a non-technical manner Prepare written analysis and to present findings to internal and external clients Contribute to project planning and scheduling Data preparation, data analysis, campaign execution, report building, etc. Work with other staff members to satisfy agency clients' database marketing needs Develop, maintain, and monitor various system applications to ensure capability, functionality and accuracy of information reported through both interpretation and analysis Analyze, recommend, and initiate new technological or business solutions to meet the needs of the client QUALIFICATIONS Previous experience with campaign management tools such as SAS, Unica, ePiphany, etc. Direct marketing experience Experience building customer segmentation Strong analytical skills with basic understanding of statistics Understanding of Database Marketing principles including measurement, testing, relational databases, and campaign workflow Comfortable working with multiple data sources including SQL Server, Access, flat data files, proprietary databases, web-based interfaces Working knowledge of SQL Experience with ETL Expertise working with Microsoft Suite, including MS Project, PowerPoint, and Excel Basic understanding of marketing principles Proactive effort to continually learn and grow Aptitude for communicating and setting expectations with the client and other key stakeholders Professionalism in all client contact (phone, email, and in person) Ability to work under pressure Flexible and open to changing environments and a variety of projects Consistency in delivering error-free work, on time, at standards that meet or exceed agency client and agency expectations Planning and organization skills
