Content Specialist -- Manage online / web content for financial
Together, Adecco Engineering and Technical, a division of the world leader in the recruitment of engineering and information technologies professionals, and a leader in financial security and investments have an exciting opportunity available—We are looking for a Content Specialist who is skilled in knowledgeable with marketing financial services. We are seeking someone competent, who can hit the ground running-- Is that you? The successful contractor will be responsible for managing content updates on the client's online properties and for managing the production of regularly produced, performance related collateral (including routing collateral for appropriate reviews, aggregating comments and changes, producing final pieces, and managing distribution of the updated collateral online and offline). This person will interact closely with marketing partners within the client's ETF division and more broadly with business partners across the company. Responsibilities include: Online Content Production (50%): Manage and implement financial and regulatory online content postings and updates Assist with implementing online content calendar and maintaining online content and reports Assist with online content (video/audio, PDFs, images, etc.) creation and posting Content routing for editorial review and compliance approval Provide support on special projects and marketing campaigns Collateral Production (50%): Manage collateral inventory to ensure optimal supply of materials in multiple national locations Manage compliance review Manage and implement financial and regulatory content updates Manage fact sheet production Desired Skills & Experience: Bachelors degree with 5 years of financial services marketing experience required (preferably with ETFs or mutual funds). Must have experience working with Compliance on marketing materials. Highly personable with ability to interact and communicate with individuals at all levels of the organization Strong project management skills—and ability to develop and document process. A “do-er” Outstanding attention to detail and procedures Experience managing online content and producing collateral Excellent writing, editing and proofreading skills Proficiency in a variety of computer software applications including MSWord, Excel, PowerPoint, and SharePoint Basic online content management systems experience, eg. HTML or Teamsite skills a plus Graphic design skills a plus Work requires attention to detail in composing, typing and proofing materials, establishing priorities and meeting deadlines Must be comfortable working in a collaborative, fast-paced environment with demonstrated ability to juggle multiple competing tasks and demands and able to respond to direction with urgency We need an immediate start for a full-time contract for 4 months in San Francisco, CA.
