Automobile Turbocharger Silicon Nitride Bearing System - 3d Modelling AutoCAD Industrial Design SolidWorks Mechanical Engineering
Please refer to the attached pdf article which describes a silicon nitride bearing system which is designed to fit T3/T4 size turbochargers. The new cartridge design will accept off-the-shelf shafts, wheels and housings. I need an engineer to design a silicon nitride bearing system as similar to the one described in the attached article as possible. The engineer will provide 3D Solid Model/CAD assembly and individual part drawings of all components detailed in the article to fit a T3/T4 or other similar small size turbocharger (I will provide the exact size and as many details of the turbocharger as required to complete this job). The engineer will specify the materials to be CNC machined, ie., the type of billet aluminum and the type of stainless steel as well as hole sizes, thread types and bolt type, etc. Additionally I need the engineer to determine the preload coil spring size and coefficient of stiffness, etc. for the inside of the bearing carrier. The engineer will determine the diameter and number of silicon nitride balls per retainer. Also I need the engineer to establish the part number of the NSK-manufactured inner and outer races (cageless design bearing retainer). The engineer will write a brief theory of operation and a detailed set of assembly instructions. Finally, I would like a 3D Solid Model Photorealistic Rendering of the completed assembly.
