Job Description: We're looking for an artist to review our current data, documentation, and other related project assets, and create unique infographics to represent this data. We will need an inforgraphic for several categories of data, about 7 or 8 in total. You must be able to grasp concepts quickly. Your responsibilities: - Translate data into highly engaging and compelling design concepts - Conceptualize, design, and develop the overall look and feel - Communicate design strategy and rationale to key stakeholders - Collaborate with the marketing team to further brand key messages - Create designs including sketches, visual design mockups, visual assets and documentation required for proper implementation Your qualifications: - Strong grasp of web design principles, information design, typography, color, iconography and layout - Compelling portfolio that demonstrates beautiful interactive experiences - Proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite - Experience/Understanding of HTML, CSS, ActionScript, and jQuery is a plus - Ability to work with constructive criticism as well as adhere to deadlines - A work style that is extremely detail oriented - A complete Elance profile - References or an established reputation on Elance preferred About the company: We are a startup that is focused on marketing analytics.
