Link Technologies is looking for a Technical Writer for one of our Las Vegas Casino gaming clients for a 3-6 month contract basis. Qualifications - Experience in writing IT Technical documents in support of IT Systems including: (business requirements, functional requirements, support documents, status reports, meeting minutes, training documents, etc. and swim lane documentation for process flow diagrams or flowcharts, - Minimum 5 + years experience in IT solutions development/delivery - Bachelors degree or equivalent work experience in IT - Professional verbal, written and interpersonal skills - Working knowledge of Gaming/Hospitality IT environment experience is highly desired - Skilled with Microsoft Office - Word, Excel, Visio, Powerpoint, - Must demonstrate a customer-oriented approach to problem solving.
