Job Responsibilities: Serve as ateam member in a complex, critical computing environment spanning the Object Oriented Java environment with Mainframe technologies. The work associated with this position will be divided evenly between new projects and support activities. Work in a fast-paced environment with on-call duties as required and work with a diverse, high-performance team. Interface with internal business partners, third-party suppliers/vendors, and internal IT application programmers for both new development and problem determination/resolution. Assure the highest levels of stability, integrity, reliability, security, and availability of the application. Adhere to the established change control policies and prescribed procedures. Produce documentation and procedures following our customer's standards Correct reported problems with software Utilize a problem management tool to track open tickets and follow up to resolution and closure Execute special projects or other related duties as required.
