Because of their growth in the Brazilian Market, they're looking to add a key Customer Service Representative who is fluent in both Portuguese and English to their Operations Team. Responsibilities: ,* Respond to and manage a large number of customer inquiries via phone, online case submissions and emails ,* Duties may include but are not limited to answering phones, faxing, filing, filtering emails, scheduling, data entry and internet search. ,* Ensure quality standards and compliance with policies and procedures ,* Cross sell and up sell company,'(tm)s services as often as is practical ,* Maintain high level of customer satisfaction with clients ,* General office duties ,* Handle special projects as needed Requirements: ,* 2+ years customer service or tech nical support experience ,* Clear and effective verbal and written communication skills, Spanish a plus. ,* BA/BS degree or equivalent work experience. ,* Must be organized, detailed oriented, able to multi-task, and have excellent communication skills ,* Candidates must have typing skills, good computer knowledge, particularly with Microsoft Word, Excel, and general Internet knowledge ,* Strong communication and problem-solving skills ,* Ability to perform well under pressure and deadlines ,* A self-motivated achiever with an entrepreneurial spirit is preferred ,* Team player with a commitment to helping others while achieving personal goals ,* Ability to recognize priority issues and escalate them accordingly ,* Must be able to maintain confidentiality for sensitive information ** Reading and Writing in Portuguese and English is an ABSOLUTE MUST HAVE **A background check is required for this position.
