Please let candidates know this while screening for this role. The FTE pay rate range for this role is $30.00 - $35.00 per hour plus benefits. We are looking for operations type people since this role is heavily administrative. In this role they will manage a pipeline that requires extensive follow-up. This candidate will also manage the New Business Calls, responsible for the management of the call including meeting minutes/notes. This candidate works closely with our Sales and Operations team as well as direct interaction with our Senior Executives team. The Sales Operations Lead manages the New Business Process for the Microsoft Account. Activities include: Facilitating weekly DCAL NBM approval call with DCAL/Domain/SubDomain Leads; attend CSG/OU, OG & CapCo approval calls as necessary & track activities, coordinate offline approval requests, facilitate all account communications to the OSP, facilitate daily Booking Status Meeting, request PO exceptions, communication of weekly sales bulletins & sales management files. Other activities include pipeline management and compliance, rate card library maintenance, daily sales to close tracking & reporting, participation in the monthly MRE process. The Sales Operations lead will have direct interaction with our DCAL and other Senior Executives. Candidate must have the following: *Excellent written and verbal communication skills *Ability to write, speak and present information effectively and persuasively across all communication settings *Demonstrated high level of accountability and personal responsibility leading to the success of projects *Ability to work independently and as part of a team *Sound problem resolution, judgment and decision making skills required *Intermediate to advanced Excel knowledge with emphasis on creating and using formulas
