Looking to outsource customer service, need call center phone pickup - Customer Service Email Handling Telephone Handling
I own a few jewelry-related websites. One is established and gets about 20 orders a day. Others are new and don't really have much traffic, business. We have been dealing with customer service via email only for over 10 years and I want to start advertising a phone number for service, but no time to answer calls. The provider will be in charge of answering calls during normal business hours 10 - 5PM CST. Agent will have the ability to log into our shipping software and lookup by name the customer's order status. We will not take orders over the phone, and all other specific product questions or other issues you can direct the customer to email us. Agent must be fluent in English. Please let me know how you can accommodate us and what are your rates and any charges involved. Obviously this will be a very long term arrangement as we have been in business over 10 years and continuously growing. That being said, please give your most competitive rate.
