They currently have a team of 5 in IT, and you would join the Product Development team as a Senior Developer. For experience, the last 3 years of experience should be in application design and having some lead development efforts of other team members from time to time. Experience using App Engine and Google Web Toolkit is not required - they have a fantastic ramp-up program to get you up to speed quickly with this technology.
