We are running SugarCRM 6.5 Community Edition on a Linux VPS server. Recently our Check Inbound Email Accounts scheduled job stopped working. The job is being called from the cron scheduler and in the log it shows the job status is completed for each run, but no e-mail is coming in and the "Last Successful Run" field for the scheduled job shows "Never". I've verified the e-mail accounts are set up properly and working. What I need is a SugarCRM expert that can work with our Community Edition install and figure out the root cause of the problem, explain the issue to me, and fix it quickly.
