The role is varied but key responsibilities are to include - Business partnering/change management Manage relationship management between finance team and project team Preparation and delivery of business readiness dashboard Working with the finance team to ensure they are ready and prepared for change Partnering business unit to manage change process Managing business through UAT Ensuring business needs are met through management of training schedules Communicating change to business Ad hoc tasks relating to change project as required Those who apply must have - Finance training - ideally qualified ACA/ACCA/QBE Change management experience Systems change experience, ideally SAP Due to the volume of responses it is impossible to provide individual feedback to every applicant.
